2 NEW INDUCTION FURNACES FOR OUR NEW FOUNDRY
We have placed an order with Inductotherm for 2 induction furnaces
for our new foundry facility in Denizli.
These new furnaces will be used to produce large-section profile
and rail rolling mill rolls, expanding our casting capacity and
strengthening our leadership position in the Turkish and Middle
Eastern markets.
The supply scope includes 4000KW + 500KW Dual Power 2×6 Ton and
1×10 Ton steel-frame induction melting systems along with
commissioning services. These new systems will serve as a
benchmark in the market in terms of advanced technology, quality,
efficiency, and low operational costs.
To produce rolls with a net weight of over 30 tons each, we will
utilize our four existing induction furnaces. The new furnaces are
scheduled to be operational in the last quarter of 2018.
